All reservations with pending deposit need to be paid prior to arrival. You should receive an email from notificacionesscp@rcdhotels.com 7 (seven) days before your arrival, containing a payment link that you can trust to cover your balance. If you do not receive it and you already checked your spam folder, please reach out to us at unicowebcollection@lattitudvacation.com. Please note that in order to guarantee your reservation, the balance of your stay must be fully paid no later than 48 hours after receiving the payment link. -The full remaining balance must be paid in one installment and cannot be divided into multiple payments. If you already made your payment in full, please disregard this reminder.
Kindly note that the use of a credit card is mandatory during check-in. We will be placing a hold on your credit card for an amount of $100 USD per night of your stay. This hold is a standard practice to cover any additional charges or incidental expenses that may occur during your time with us.
Please be assured that this hold is only a temporary authorization and the actual charges will be settled upon your departure. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our front desk team who will gladly assist you.

Please note that the credit card used at the time of booking your reservation will be requested to check in at the hotel. Otherwise, the deposit will be reimbursed to the original credit card and a new method of payment will be requested at the front desk.
FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
Modifications are allowed subject to availability and rate adjustment according to the best available rate at the moment of the request. However, the guarantee policy will always remain non-refundable.
NO SHOW POLICY In case of No Show, forfeiture of deposit will apply. EARLY CHECK-OUT POLICY Early departure will cause forfeiture of deposit. You will be charged for the total stay.
SMOKING POLICY
In light of the official decree modifying the General Law for tobacco control in Mexico, introduced on Sunday, January 15, Unico 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya would like to assure that the safety and well-being of all guests, team members, and associates is of utmost importance. For this reason, changes in compliance with this decree are already in effect and all public areas of the property have been declared free of smoke from cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and all other tobacco products. Designated smoking areas will be specially marked throughout the hotel for guests to use should they need to.

| IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - READ CAREFULLY

This reservation is valid only for the person(s) listed above, after Guest Name (individually a “Guest” and collectively, the “Guests”). This reservation cannot be transferred or modified without the written consent of Unico Hotel Riviera Maya (the “Hotel”). The acceptance or use of this reservation by the person(s) named hereon as Guests shall be deemed acceptance and agreement by each of them to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
During the registration process, Guests will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the following terms related to any claims they may have as a result of their stay at the Hotel: I agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that I may have against the Hotel, or any of its officers, directors, employees, or related or affiliated companies, resulting from any events occurring in Mexico shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Further, I irrevocably agree to the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico, to the exclusion of the courts of any other county, state, or country, as the exclusive venue for any such proceedings whatsoever. The foregoing shall apply to all persons accompanying me, and I represent that I have the authority to sign this document on their behalf.
The hotel shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any persons not employed by the Hotel nor for any intentional or negligent acts of the Hotel’s employees committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of their employment.
Any travel agent or sales agent utilized by the Guest in connection with this reservation is solely the agent of the Guest and not the Hotel. The hotel is not responsible.

We would like to inform you that the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, will be requiring all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $271 Mexican pesos (around $15 USD). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival, or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access visitax.gob.mx, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.
The VISITAX form will request the following
- Number of people traveling
- Name
- Age
- Passport number of each individual
- Departure date
• Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding.
